Michael Schaffer's art strives to recognize all the complexities of humankind as well as explore the pleasures of our inner child. Without both, he believes, our view of life can lose its balance and we miss many of its wonders. A true mixed media artist, Schaffer employs an organic use of paint, ink, metal, earth, tile and other media and materials to bring his visions to life. He has participated in group and solo shows in Paris, France; New York, NY; Omaha, NE and Sacramento, CA.
