About Linda Clark Johnson

Linda Clark Johnson uses the cyanotype process to create artwork that is atmospheric, layered and intriguing. Cyanotype is a alternative photographic process that uses the sun to print images. In her work she explores soft shadows and foliage, and highlights the ethereal mood created by these elements moving in and out of focus. Her prints quietly celebrate the natural world.
New work for Sac Open Studios 2022: abstract quilt-inspired collages using hand-printed fabric and paper in cyanotype, rust, acrylic, indigo, spray paint, and dye. Come see these unique pieces during the tour!
Cyanotype Demo Sunday 9/19, 11 a.m.
Come by for hot coffee and a cyanotype demo on Sunday morning at 11:00. FUN!
