Pam Avery is an abstract painter and ceramist at The Art Studios in midtown Sacramento. She taught Visual Art and Ceramics at the high school level for 21 years. Sacramento State University alumni with a Master’s in Art Education and University of California Berkeley alumni with a Bachelor’s in Art Studio. Her paintings have been shown at the California State Fair 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2019. Won the Excellence Award for my abstract painting at the Magnum Opus 30, Sacramento Fine Arts Exhibition 2019. Five abstracts are permanently installed at the Frederick Lohsi Apartments and a 2020 Solo Exhibition at the Roseville Civic Center through the Blue Line Gallery Art At Work Program. 2019 interview called A Kinesthetic Sense to Painting in the Art & Culinaria magazine featuring my abstract paintings. Juried Sacramento Fine Arts Abstract Art Show 2020.
