About Jane Hastings

I have been an artist most of my life starting in 4th grade when I tried to draw all the birds of North America. Art is not separate from my life, it is the way I frame my relationship to the world. I enjoy creating using a variety of materials and techniques, collage, fabric, found objects, acrylic, oil, pencil, markers, printmaking, journaling, assemblage, set building, costumes, performance, teaching and many more.
