About Minoo

My work is contemporary in style, utilizing a mix of figurative and expressionist techniques exhibited in various media, including painting, mixed media collage, printmaking, and calligraphy. I am inspired by the daily events that are thought-provoking, with expressions and ideologies of the cultural art and politics of the United States and the Middle East.  I live in Sacramento, showing my artworks through Sac Open Studios and participating in group shows at the Blue Line Arts, Gregory Kondos Gallery, and the American River College Art Gallery. I have exhibited in the Sacramento Crocker Art Museum, and was selected into the 2022 Crocker – Kingsley national art exhibition at Blue Line Arts. My other accomplishment includes a solo show at the Sacramento State University Union Art Gallery in 2025.
